We redesigned the merchant admin dashboard to help ecommerce brands understand how their loyalty programmes were influencing revenue and retention. The goal was to surface insights that felt clear, credible and actionable, connecting metrics like CLTV, AOV and purchase frequency directly to user behaviour. The updated dashboard increased engagement with analytics tools by 23% and gave merchants greater confidence in demonstrating the impact of their retention strategy.
